HOW DO THE WORKSHOPS OR CLASSES WORK?

Your HALF-DAY Workshop or FOUR Group Workout Classes Cover:

1st Segment or CLASS: Complete self-assessments as part of a fun, eye-opening workout
mountainsedgePICS 005 (Small)You will receive your copy of the book GET IT BACK at class, and together, we will begin Step 1: The 5-Day Prep, which includes assessments and goal-setting exercises. This first step is designed to prime us both mentally and physically for the work ahead by determining our physical starting points and shifting our beliefs before starting the system. Together, we will set several inspirational and challenging, but realistic goals. By the end of this session, you will have received all the tools you need to stay on track for the system’s entirety and get charged with the energy to transform our visions into action.

2nd Segment or CLASS: Enjoy an empowering workout learning our first exercise routines
Together we will start Step 2: The 4-Week Jump-Start, which includes: shopping and food prep instruction and healthy recipes, high-intensity cardio routines, total-body resistance workouts, and stretching exercises and demonstrations. After this energetic, group workout, EVERYONE will leave feeling confident in their ability to complete their routines for both Weeks 1 and 2, and try out some delicious, quick recipes independent of the group.

3rd Segment or CLASS: Experience a high-energy workout preparing you for Weeks 3 & 4
Together we learn and perform the new exercise routines, which you will complete independent of the group for the next 2 weeks. During this workout, we learn to tap into our inner strength, push past barriers, and become empowered to be our own personal trainers and maintain long-term control over the body, confidence, and lifestyle we desire.

4th Segment or CLASS: Our final, challenging workout!
During our last session, we will work hard and sweat as we perform our re-assessments, which will determine our amazing progress made over the course of the GET IT BACK system. Here’s where we get to celebrate our success after all our hard work! You will also be armed with solutions on how to continue your progress.

Your GET IT BACK Workshop or Group Class also includes weekly motivational audio sessions from Glenn. We’ve anticipated some common personal obstacles and have addressed them in short audio segments that will keep you inspired throughout your journey to amazing results.
