With your new, comprehensive Fitness Challenge workbook in hand, together you will thoroughly cover each segment of your program so that all your questions are answered and you feel confident and armed with all the tools and information you need to get the job done. During your sessions, Glenn will teach you everything you need to know to develop an amazing body and mind transformation, including how to use your new workbook with ease to stay on track for success through each of the three distinct stages.
