RULES & REGULATIONS:

I. YOU MUST NOTIFY US THAT YOU ARE PARTICIPATING

After signing up via the website each participant must send an email to info@getitbacksystem.com confirming which organization they are representing to participate in the fitness challenge as well as any fundraiser established and that they understand the rules.

Example:

Hey Glen,
Jane Smith representing the Davis School, Denver in the Denver School District Fitness Challenge & Fundraiser. I understand ALL the rules. I am so excited to get started and achieve some amazing results!

II. YOU MUST COMPLETE TWO 4-WEEK ROUNDS OF YOUR SYSTEM

EACH PARTICIPANT MUST COMPLETE:

  • 2 rounds of FOUR weeks using their GET IT BACK system
    During the 5-Day Prep (1st chapter of the book) each participant on DAY 5 will self-prescribe the fitness level they will participate at for their first round of four weeks and then start the following week. Upon completion of the 4-week jump start, participants will take a week off and then begin their 2nd round of the 4-week jump start, but this time at the next fitness level.
  • Filling out ALL of the sections in their GET IT BACK System
    It’s a workbook to record all your success so do a THOROUGH job of answering ALL the questions in the 5-Day Prep, ALL Daily Exercise & Nutrition Journals and end of the week Recaps. Leave absolutely no blank spaces!
  • ALL your assessments & re-assessments
    Complete ALL your assessments on DAY 4 of the 5-Day Prep and re-assessments upon completion of both round 1 and round 2 of the 4-Week Jump Start.
  • ALL Weekly Accountability Reports
    Each participant must submit ALL online”Weekly Accountability Reports” each week until 2 rounds are completed to qualify: their score and their $15 donated with the rest of the group participating in the fitness challenge/fundraiser.

III. YOU MUST DETERMINE YOUR OWN SCORE

IMPORTANT: Each participant will be responsible for following the instructions with the chart below to figure out their individual score, which they will submit at the end of their 2nd 4-week round using their system.

We know you are going to have to work your butt off (literally) in order to reduce your body fat oppose to just losing weight off a typical scale (not an accurate measure of good health or real results). In following the guidelines of this system you will improve tremendously your body’s cardiovascular, muscular and digestive systems in a very short time-frame. Whether someone loses lbs. of body fat or puts on lean muscle, the result is always a reduction in body fat percentage. We recommend simply taking your own body fat measurement using a body fat scale or getting measured at your local health club with skin calipers.

Example: If you are a man who started at 17% body fat and finished at 13%, take the
4% drop x 5 points earned for the % lost based on the category you started in, thus = 20 points

IV. HIGHEST “POINT” SCORES WIN

Whenever a Fitness Challenge and/or Fundraiser is held for an organization there is a set deadline for participants to complete their system. There’s always plenty of time for participants to complete their system and submit their individual scores on time.We give 3 months from the official Kick-off date to take in all the results and then it takes another few more weeks before we announce the TOP 3 Winners and award prizes (% of ALL the money raised):

1st place = 50%  2nd place = 35%  3rd place= 15%
