What will my time commitment be?
Activities consist of daily exercise and stretching, short journal entries, and Sunday reading and food-prep assignments. Expect to spend between 40-75 minutes each day, 4-6 days per week, based on the participation level YOU choose.
How can I get even greater results?
Follow the GET IT BACK System with a friend, family member, or co-worker! Having a workout buddy keeps you even more motivated and on track to achieving your health and fitness goals. To get both of you in the best shape of your lives, each person should have their own workbook to record private information, as well as individual access to their own GET IT BACK fitness expert via audio coaching sessions.
